Ingrid Davis, Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Braddock's Cask & Table, is a passionate and experienced chef and Level II Sommelier. She has crafted a menu of food, wine, and spirits that celebrates small to large producers and artisans throughout the world.
Brittan Braddock, Co-Owner, is the Director of Bands at Mercer University. At BCT, she helps to curate the menus and jumps in to help as needed.
Brittan and Ingrid met in Westcliffe, Colorado where Ingrid was the owner of the Wine Mine, a fantastic restaurant in the small mountain town. Brittan was the director of bands at Custer County SD1. They traveled the country, both received additional training, and they landed in Macon, GA. They are passionate about building community in their own ways. Brittan through music, Ingrid through food and drink. Braddock's Cask & Table is a tribute to their travels, adventures, culinary interests, international inspirations, community interest, educational endeavors, and hopes to share these things with Central Georgia and beyond.
