Wine Pairing dinners

Ingrid Davis is a Level-II Sommelier. She enjoys the art of wine and food pairing. Braddock's Cask & Table hosts wine pairing dinners monthly focused on different regions. Our dinners will typically be on the last Tuesday of the month with the region/menu being announced on FB. We limit our dinners to about 20 guests.

Wine is our passion. Ingrid began her journey with wine many years ago and achieved the Level-II Sommelier designation in 2010. She works with the wine distributors to curate an interesting evening full of beautiful wines and education. We will typically try 5-6 wines/dinner.

Our five-course menu for each dinner is totally dictated by the wines and the culinary trends of the region. What grows together, goes together (as the saying goes). Ingrid loves getting a chance to cook the cuisine of the wine region and create dishes to pair with the wines.

You will learn so much at these dinners from Chef Ingrid and maybe another wine expert--typically from a distributor--about the wines, and have an opportunity to purchase more for your own cellar. We also hope to spark your own creativity as you pair food and wine in your own kitchen.  

Reservation policy for Wine Dinners

Braddock's Cask & Table is excited to put on our wine pairing dinners. We must order the wines and speciality food items about two weeks prior to the dinner. Wine dinners are by reservation only so that we can fully prepare for a special evening; we limit them to 20 people. 


Please reserve in advance by calling Ingrid at (719) 930-3714, on Google, or on Facebook. Should you need to cancel, please give us at least 48-hours of notice. 


Last-minute cancellations will be charged half the price of the dinner.
